What "facilitator" actually means
ARX Builders holds the general contracting relationship with the client. We are not ourselves a licensed electrician, plumber, or HVAC technician — and we don't pretend to be. What we do is scope the project, bring in the right licensed, insured trade contractor for each piece of specialized work, and manage the schedule, quality, and communication from estimate through completion.
For the client, that means one contract, one project manager, and one number to call — instead of coordinating separate painters, electricians, plumbers, and flooring crews yourself.
In practice, that looks like:
